The Forum

The iami software Discussion Forum provides an effective way for us to communicate with our customers, and allows the users of our software to communicate with one another.

The forum provides access to an ever-increasing fund of information about our products and how to use them, including:

• The latest news and announcements from iami software.
• Frequently Asked Questions about our products.
• Tips and step-by-step instructions for performing a number of common tasks.
• Bug reports and solutions.
• Feature requests for the next product update.

Using the Forum

You can visit the forum and browse through the content at any time as a guest, but if you are a regular user you are encouraged to register. Registration is free and is intended to make the forum easier to use for regular visitors. There are some features of the forum which are only available if you are registered, and your registered user name will identify your posts on the forum to other users.

To register, simply visit the forum and click on the Register link. After entering your registration details, you will automatically be registered as a user of the forum. [what about my privacy?]

To view messages or post a new message to the forum, do the following:

1. Open the iami software Discussion Forum index page.
2. Locate the specific forum that is most appropriate for the subject matter of your message, by reading the description of each forum to identify the types of messages it contains.
   For example, to post a message reporting a bug or requesting a feature for Re:Member 5.0, select the Re:Member 5.0 Support forum.
3. Once you have identified an appropriate forum for your message, click on the forum name to show the topic index for that forum.
   The topics in the forum are shown with the most recently updated topic first.
4. To view an existing topic, click on the topic name to open the topic and read the associated message.
5. To post a new topic, click the New Topic button, type the name of the topic and the text of your message and click Submit.
   Your topic will be posted to the forum and shown in the topic index.
